*The image flickered to life revealing a Twi'lek mug, littered with tattoos and a saber scar that ran across his face. The sulphuric eyes peered at the viewer with burning indifference.*

"There've been reports of activity around Jagomir. Apparently a group of pirates have nested themselves up somewhere in the jungles. To the point they even manage to establish a base of operation after harassing lesser Imperial trading vessels. Something like that shouldn't be allowed to fester in the Empire, to which a group of bounty hunters has been sent to take care of. One could expect a rather obvious outcome, given the pirates aren't said to have so much manpower."

*With that the Twi'lek's gaze sharpens, as his arms thread over the chesplate.*

"And yet here we are, with a group of dozen hardened mercenaries dispatched only one returned. A shell of a man who kept on mumbling about "sharp edge of mist" cutting them down and madness that has taken hold of everyone within. But to what extends is yet to be seen for which I'll need a group to investigate a potential Sithspawn sighting. Alongside it, whatever vermin remains there eradicated and whatever cargo they've managed to loot seized."

*His head cants up ever so much.*

"But be not mistaken, such cases shouldn't be taken lightly. Whatever it is, it can pose a threat to even more experienced Siths and soldiers. Approach with caution."

"*With that the hologram would flicker and then fade from view. Leaving the viewer able to access the rest of the information provided.*

We arrived on world and began to make a scan of the place. Immediately there were vines everywhere, 3 dead bodies and some cages. But what tipped off towards there being something watching and influencing was that the acolyte and Apprentice Amara started to get auditory and visual hullicinations. My sith hound too was aggrivated by something its scent had picked up. We moved through different parts of the base finding more bodies, signs of blasterbolts on the bodies and an unusual method of storing the dead that exceeds most sith spawn's capability for such. 

We managed to track the dark side's pull to deeper into the complex. There we spotted a feline shadow which I detected was real. Upon giving chase we found a survivor, or better put, a conspirator who screamed at us to leave before it returned. Then it returned. Some kind of guardian able to project shadow creatures. It made Apprentice Amara and the acolyte believe they had suffered injuries. Not a sith spawn, its hide was stone and it did not hold traditional organs. I have the footage of the battle attached.

Apprentice Charace managed to recover a broken shard of the guardian before I put an end to the guardian's existance. The survivor, who seemed to be aiding the creature in making 'offerings', has been captured and ready to be interrogated further. We also found the guardian's resting chamber. Details to it have been attached as a supplement to this report.

The mission was successful.
