Spoiler: The Sekker Estate
Rediscovered by Sith Zevasa, this sits on the site of a former monastery complex within the Kaasian jungle: all that remained was the stone flooring, a few pillars, and a lingering presence of the Dark Side. On this site, ground was broken to begin the construction of a small estate, large enough to house the members of the Sekker family but small enough to remain relatively unnoticed in the jungle; the courtyard remains the same bare stone originally found on the ancient site.
Since then, the Estate has grown to encompass several buildings and rooms, all centred on a stone-floored open-air courtyard far more ancient than the other buildings. There are rooms for family members to stay in, and a library, containing a selection of modern books and Sith Zevasa’s ancient works. A sparring hall is also in place, alongside a small medical bay, a comms room for long-range communications, and storage space.
Further, there are offices and places to work, including one used by Apprentice Sekker that holds most of Sith Zevasa’s collection of old books. It is guarded by 50 droids from the Steel Battalion.

Spoiler: Sekker Slave Industry
Formerly made up of a selection of slaves acquired through various sources, from auctions to other deals with Sith, the Sekker Slave Industry underwent a transformation when Apprentice Rhysand Sekker oversaw the acquisition of a slave camp on the planet of Iccudia near Belkadan through a pair of Operations. Headed by Ensign Valik and answering to Apprentice Sekker, the Sekker Slave Industry now deals in the trading and creation of slaves, both for the Horuset Powerbase and the wider Empire. The Slave Industry sends 60% of the slaves it produces to the Horuset Powerbase, and 10% to the rebuilding Seline Slave Processing Facility. The remaining 30% are sent to the Empire generally, which provides Rhysand with a measure of income. It is guarded by 30 soldiers from the Kalkoran 9th Company.

Spoiler: The Seline Slave Processing Facility
Originally built by the traitor Elias Zotam to be the crowning jewel of his slave network and a further jewel in the crown of the Horuset Powerbase, the Seline Slave Processing Facility was destroyed and fell into ruin after Elias’ execution at the hands of Lord Saltaeon.
The Sphere of Resurgence established temporary infrastructure to keep part of the facility running, though it has only now gained true patronage and purpose once more. Transferred to the control of Apprentice Rhysand Sekker, it is under his guidance that the facility is being rebuilt and expanded after that. The first processing hub, Processing Hub Aurek, is being rebuilt through the efforts of the Sphere of Resurgence.
Due to its modular design, the facility will provide an excellent opportunity for expansion and adaptation, capable of growing and evolving in line with the Horuset Powerbase's ever-shifting needs. The main structure will focus on producing slaves suitable for any kind, immediately shipping them off-planet for holding at Sernpidal. Once expansion efforts have progressed, each additional hub will become specialised. With sections of the facility focusing on manufacturing, agriculture, mining, construction and more. Growing to meet needs as they arise. It is garrisoned by twenty Kurairitai-class war droids from the Jsina Battalion.
Rising from the snowy plains of Seline near the Slave Processing Facility is a large hexagonal structure constructed of Ziost Blackstone, the external walls adorned in vast chains that appear to bind the structure to the very bedrock of the planet. Within the hall stand statues of obedient slaves, standing with their heads buckled by the weight of the ceiling that they hold atop their shoulders. In the centre of the hall rests an empty obsidian throne bound in chains. A throne, forever empty, dedicated to the God of Tyranny.
Though currently empty, the structure has various halls capable of housing the Chain Priests of Urgak-Val. Once arrived, they can lend their expertise to the vast facility, both improving output and allowing for more exotic and difficult slaves to be processed...
