NPC Name: Viscountess Geria Lothoss
NPC Image:
Relation to House Horuset: Friendly
Brief Desription: Geria Lothoss is a Viscountess of Serenno, ruling the Pinnath Grasslands. Her family is known for breeding fine Dalgo mounts, and obtain income typically from the Lothossi Trade Fleet, a large trading armada that operates primarily in the sectors around Serenno. She enjoys dueling with blaster pistols, and is sympathetic to the Empire but ultimately self serving. She once assisted House Horuset through use of her cargo fleet.
Notable Activities: Wradaii saved Geria from a bomb threat on Serenno, and accordingly she began the process of working with the Horusets.

NPC Name: Zarvia
NPC Image:
Relation to House Horuset: Friendly
Brief Desription: Zarvia is the Speaker (A fusion priest/chieftain role) of a heavily sith blooded human tribe on Jaguada. The tribe is formerly nomadic, and currently settled at the AG Complex on the planet as security and a workforce. They have been on the planet since the rule of King Adas. Zarvia is very faintly force sensitive, and a natural seer, but not powerful enough to warrant acolyte-hood considering her role in the supply chain. She is a crack shot with a hunting rifle, and adept with a vibrospear. She bears extensive tattoos in a slightly altered alphabet of sith runes, and speaks Wanderer's Cant, a local dialect of Low Sith that is barely understandable by a baseline speaker.
Notable Activities: She has worked alongside the Powerbase extensively in hunting down the Quiet Speaker.
Last Known Appearance: Last seen with her tribe on Jaguada

NPC Name: Svendel of Melisann, Duchess of Divora
Callow Beauty
NPC Image:
Relation to House Horuset: Unknown
Brief Desription: Or as she prefers to be called; Duchess Svendel of Divora, Lady of the Hapann Cluster, Marchioness of the Invoratan Plains and the Free-City of Melisann, Guardian of the Pass of Melisann, Lady of Kosvitz, Gortrenn and Voratanix, Rifle-Maiden, Observer of the Gunsmoke Court, Mistress of the Guilds of Divora, Voted Lieutenant of the 1st Divoran Chevaliers, Colonel of the Melisann Dragoons, Heir Pursuant of Arabanth.

Svendel is a member of Divora’s leading family, and the current ruler of the planet. Fabulously beautiful even by the standards of the Hapan peoples, Svendel is thus inhumanly beautiful by those of baseline humanity. Blighted by vanity, a certain vapidity born of a burgeoning spice habit and a self-importance typical of high nobility, the Duchess is one of an order of Rifle World nationalists who believes that the growing influence of Hapes upon the region is an affront to their ancient sovereignty, dating back to the reign of the Lorell Raiders. As one of the senior members of the Gunsmoke Court, an old noble congregation from the Rifle Worlds, Svendel is the Court’s voice to the Empire.

She was sent to the ICOT to secure Imperial support for the Rifle World’s independence as well as a Sith husband to seal the compact. Though she seems to have failed in finding a Sith husband, she has returned betrothed to a Moff and now stands at the head of the rapidly militarising Rifle Worlds, who threaten the influence of both Hapes and the Republic in the region.

NPC Name: Aristocra Praaumi'ra'ovos, Emissary of the Seventh Ruling Family
The Princess
NPC Image:
Relation to House Horuset: Unknown
Brief Desription: Praaumi'ra'ovos, or Miraov, as non-Chiss more often know her, is a lesser scion of The Seventh Ruling Family, and thus a member of the Chiss Ascendancy's dominant upper class. Said to have a better tolerance for force sensitives than most of her people, albeit not a like for them, the Aristocra has served for much of her life within the Empire. Originally an attache to fleets in the nearby Northern Territories, Miraov even served as Chiss attache to a young Captain Egeltrud Mor-Vardrin many years ago. With a reputation for a potent dislike of any excess, informality or inefficiency, the Aristocra earned both enemies and, crucially, friends within the Empire.
Her old ally Mor-Vardrin was one of these, as is Moff Invitz. She was dispatched as the emissary to the ICOT by the Ascendancy, and she can be expected to be one of the major voices of the Chiss in the Northern Territories going forwards.

NPC Name: Kemma Ralter
Governor of Imperial Nam'ta
NPC Image:
Relation to House Horuset: Neutral
Brief Desription:
Confederate President Kemma Ralter remains one of the most polarising figures in modern Nam’tees history. A symbol of youthful ambition to some, and an instrument of creeping authoritarianism to others, her meteoric rise through the echelons of the Confederacy’s political landscape has been viewed with awe by her supporters—and deep suspicion by her critics.

Ralter was born on one of Nam’ta’s outlying rural moons, far removed from the polished halls of Nam’ta Prime. Her family had no recorded ties to the Confederacy’s elite.
Her parents were modest shopkeepers, and her upbringing was unremarkable—until she entered public life.
As a teenager, Ralter joined the youth wing of a pro-Imperial party, citing a belief in order, security, and strength of governance. Her natural charisma, sharp wit, and calculating ambition quickly became apparent.
She rose through local party ranks with unusual speed—first as a regional councilor, then a member of her moon’s local parliament, and finally as a Representative on the Confederate Council itself.

It was there that she truly entered the public eye.
The fiery redhead stood out against the backdrop of elderly, gray-suited career politicians—articulate, forceful, and politically agile.
Her speeches captured the attention of the system's pro-Imperial media. She soon became a leading candidate for her party’s presidential bid. When her main competitor perished in a mysterious speeder accident, Ralter became the uncontested nominee.
The election that followed was among the most controversial in decades. Several other pro-Imperial parties suddenly withdrew their own candidates and threw their support behind her. Meanwhile, challengers from neutral and pro-Republic factions became mired in scandal after scandal—many of which appeared orchestrated in timing and coordination.

With public opinion swayed heavily in her favor, Ralter won the presidency by a landslide, becoming the youngest Confederate President in Nam’ta’s history.

From the start of her term, Ralter toed a difficult line: positioning herself as both a staunch Nam’ta patriot and a pragmatic supporter of the Sith Empire.
Her presidency marked a steady tightening of ties between Nam’ta and the Empire. The most decisive shift came during the drafting of the controversial Imperial Security Treaty, which would formally invite an Imperial military presence into the system.

Widespread protests erupted in response, particularly among Nam’ta’s alien minority and youth movements. Ralter responded with uncompromising severity. Under her orders, Nam’ta’s Security Forces were deployed en masse to suppress the protests. Demonstrations were criminalized. Dissent was violently stamped out. Hundreds were arrested. Dozens killed. Violence quickly escalating into civil dissent, and then open war...

Over the course of the conflict, her administration centralized power at an accelerating pace. As rebellion spread and the political situation deteriorated, President Ralter invoked emergency powers to dissolve the Confederate Council of Representatives, consolidating full executive authority between her office, her cabinet of ministers, and the upper echelons of the military.
What remained of the Confederate democratic order faded into an authoritarian regime loyal to Imperial coordination and survival by subservience.

Following the Republic Navy’s withdrawal from the Nam’ta system, Ralter made her most defining political move. In an unannounced journey to Horuz, she appeared at the palace of Moff Maximilian Graush and formally petitioned for Nam’ta’s ascension into the Imperial fold.

The meeting—held behind closed doors—was officially framed as a final act of patriotism: a leader seeking protection for her people after a protracted war. The truth behind what was discussed remains unknown, but the outcome was clear.
The petition was accepted.

Kemma Ralter returned to Nam’ta Prime wearing an Imperial uniform. The green and gold flag of the Confederacy was lowered. The banner of the Sith Empire was raised. And the President was henceforth addressed as Governor Ralter of Nam'ta, the first in the history of the Confederacy.

In the days that followed, she announced sweeping military reforms, initiated full integration with the Imperial Atrivis Sector Defense Forces, and issued a formal decree declaring total annihilation of all rebel elements.

Under Imperial Law, all members of the so-called “Free Nam’ta” rebellion—and anyone who aided or housed them—were branded as terrorists and traitors. The punishment: death. No quarter. No trials. No mercy.

Now seated as the Imperial-appointed Governor of Nam’ta, Ralter governs with cold efficiency. Whether history will remember her as a savior or a tyrant depends entirely on the war’s final outcome.

NPC Name: Iden Stendarr
Republic Old Timer - Senator of Free Nam'ta
NPC Image:
Relation to House Horuset: Hostile
Brief Desription: Iden Stendarr was the last representative of Nam’ta III on the Confederate Council, though by now the title carries little weight beyond history.

The soft-spoken, elderly woman was often regarded as something of an ancient relic in Nam’ta’s political landscape—a symbol of a bygone political era.

At nearly a century of age, Stendarr’s energy may have waned, but her political instincts remain razor sharp, honed by decades of public service and countless battles fought not with blasters, but with procedure, rhetoric, and the force of law.

Her career stretched back to the decades before the Great Galactic War. As a youth, Stendarr briefly held a peacetime commission in the Republic military developing a close personal relation with an at the time Lieutenant Willburg.
Using the opportunity less for martial ambition and more to establish a foothold within the Galactic Core. After retiring from active service, she enrolled in the political sciences program at a prestigious university on Coruscant, and eventually returned to Nam’ta to pursue her true calling: politics.

Over the years, she served in nearly every tier of governance, including a term as mayor of a mid-sized city on Nam’ta III, followed by her first election to the Confederate Council. From there, her rise continued steadily—serving as Nam’ta’s Senator to the Galactic Republic, then Minister of Foreign Affairs, and finally as President of the Confederacy itself. It was in that final role that she presided over Nam’ta during one of the most precarious periods in its history: the return of the Sith Empire and the onset of the First Galactic War.

A staunch Republic loyalist, President Stendarr aligned the Confederacy firmly with the Republic war effort—lending Nam’ta’s considerable industrial and gas refining capabilities to fuel the galactic defense.

But the longer the war dragged on, the more unpopular this stance became. As the specter of Imperial invasion loomed, anti-Republic sentiment grew within the Council.

After the Treaty of Coruscant was signed, the Confederacy faced immense pressure to withdraw from the Republic altogether. A firm believer in the democratic process, Stendarr allowed the secession vote to proceed unchallenged, but when the result called for withdrawal, she resigned in protest, refusing to oversee what she saw as a betrayal of Nam’ta’s founding ideals.
For many years after, Stendarr faded from public view. But in recent times, as the Confederacy veered once more toward political crisis, she was elected again to the Council—this time as a quieter figure, serving as a consistent, if restrained, member of the political opposition.

When the Imperial Security Treaty was brought before the Council, Stendarr shocked many of her longtime allies by voting in favor. Her reasons were never explained. In the months that followed, as the Confederacy fractured and open warfare broke out, Stendarr once again vanished from the public eye.

It is now clear where she went.

Throughout the civil conflict, Iden Stendarr was working in secret—coordinating with the Republic, assisting in the evacuation of key assets and individuals, and laying the political groundwork for the coming war. Alongside Azarhan Barracas, she helped form the backbone of the Free Nam’ta government, lending the full weight of her legacy and statecraft to the rebel cause. When the Republic recognized the resistance as a legitimate government-in-exile, it was Iden Stendarr who was named their official Senator—returning to the Galactic Senate not as a representative of a sovereign member world, but as a voice for a people under occupation.

There, she wages a new kind of war.

Speech after speech, she addresses the Senate chamber with all the passion and authority of a woman who has lived through it all. She speaks of duty, of memory, of betrayal and blood. She demands continued support for Free Nam’ta’s struggle.

She pleads for arms, for relief, for a renewed Republic intervention. In her voice is the fire of a generation that remembers what it means to stand for ideals larger than survival. A generation that remembers a time before the war, before the Empire. And in her resolve, the resistance finds both legitimacy and hope.

Iden Stendarr may no longer command troops. But in the halls of Coruscant, she commands something far rarer.

NPC Name: Ozil Kaldon
Corporate Commodore
NPC Image:
Relation to House Horuset: Neutral/Friendly?
Brief Desription: Ozil Kaldon previously served as the representative of Nam'ta Secundus before President Ralter's disbanding of the Confederate Government. He had served in this role for the past seven years of his life, before that he was CEO of the Kaldon Industrial Group [K.I.G] , a massive corporate conglomerate which held a monopoly over much of the Confederacy's pre-war ore mining, gas refining and shipbuilding industries. With the corporation competing with both Barracas Industries and various smaller competitors for full de-facto control over the industrial moon of Nam'ta Secundus. A business conflict that has since become political and now military with the K.I.G's private army waging war in the name of the Pro-Imperial faction.
Despite this current allegiance to the Empire however, Ozil Kaldon has had a reputation of being a true capitalist and a massive political opportunist. Having voted for just as many Pro-Republic as Pro-Empire legislatory proposals in his time as representative. Basing his voting habits entirely on which side's gain stood to profit his family's corporation the most. After all one of the primary reasons he found himself in the Pro-Imperial camp of this crisis to begin with was because president Ralter offered the contract to fabricate and construct the buildings of the highly divisive Imperial Garrison to the K.I.G, causing him to vote in favor of its construction.

Before his political stint he held almost all offices imaginable in the Kaldon Industrial conglomerate, from management positions to sales and finance. Even spending a chunk of his career in corporate acquisition where the Kaldon Conglomerate through shrewd business dealings with buy out smaller, often struggling competing business and either induct them into their Industrial empire or sell them for the sum of their parts for a profit. For what else he is; he is no fool, a true financial mogul and a charming socialite with a reputation of enjoying the 'finer' things in life.

Now however he styles himself as none of these things, rather he styles himself as a Corporate War-Lord in the pro-Imperial camp. Like many other Nam'tees oligarchs worth their fortune he saw the inevitable fires of war begin to spread throughout the Confederacy and prepared accordingly. Evacuating much of his industrial assets off world while turning his Corporation's security forces into a well armed para-military organisation to defend his territory and take that of his rivals. With Imperial funding, training, equipment and materials however Kaldon was the most successful of them all.
Under his vision Catalyst Security, the private military force belonging to the K.I.G has become a true military force to be reckoned with. Comprised of a core of veteran mercenaries and a host of quickly trained expendable shock infantry supported by heavy weapons bought from the Empire. Catalyst Security continues to grow in operational capability with each passing day, especially so after the Ministry of Justice allowed him to conscript prisoners into his shocktroops.

This made Kaldon one of the largest and most successful Corporate War Lords of the Nam'ta civil war. His army carving a bloody swath through the southern industrial lands of Nam'ta Secundus. Taking entire cities and industrial complexes from rebels and corporate competitors. He is on a projected conquer much of the entire moon in the name of the K.I.G and the Empire.

Following the annexation of Nam’ta into the Empire, Ozil Kaldon was officially granted the rank of Imperial Commodore. A title he personally selected for its naval flair and aesthetic; finding the uniform to better compliment his complexion.

The Kaldon Industrial Group was formally restructured and renamed as the Imperial Kaldon Industrial Group (I.K.I.G.), granted status as a semi-autonomous Imperial megacorporation, modeled in part on the Imperial Terrestrial Exploitation Corps (ITEC). The conglomerate’s official Imperial director is now Willhuff Kaldon, Ozil's younger brother, allowing Ozil to focus entirely on wartime leadership.
His private military, Catalyst Security, has been legitimized as a force of Imperial privateers, their uniforms now marked by red armbands bearing the Imperial sigil as they march into battle. With a rapidly expanding force; fed by conscripted prisoners, former Nam’ta Security Force personnel, and offworld mercenaries, the army of I.K.I.G. is now widely regarded as the fastest-growing military force on Nam’ta.

Kaldon’s influence spreads unchecked across the former territories of the Nam'ta Confederacy from his base of operations on Nam'ta Secundus, and he is increasingly seen as one of, if not the most powerful figure on Imperial Nam’ta....
Notable Activities: Part of Kaldon's initial foundations for his militia was supplied by House Horuset as part of an agreement for resources, and to ensure he would remain loyal to the Empire.

NPC Name: House Taril
NPC Image:
[Image: AD_4nXfOB1noxasCiAJWCcO8netJskCnHCWsOrGp...zXuTB0gt2Q]
A gemstone encased in solid black and whites, reflected with the Empire’s visage
Relation to House Horuset: Friendly
Brief Desription: With the Empire’s eyes being less weighted on Alsolun, imperial nobility have enjoyed a relatively ‘cosy’ existence for some decades. An infighting amongst houses about 20 years ago saw one emerge above the others, as House Taril managed to negotiate with the empire and took over most primary mining contracts, outbidding or taking over the actual mines via selective marriages or other nobility falling silent.

This rise was not a smooth rose, earning them the right friends but also seeing some vassal houses with nothing left, their members married into unfavourable unions or simply being out-maneuvered. Those left harmed by their rise claim blackmail, bribery and worse…but their voices rarely sound above a whisper, crushed under the increased production quotas and shown loyalty the House has towards the empire. The latter having seen them become deeply involved with the primary bodies of Alsolun.

The recent rebel strikes dealt a heavy blow to House Taril: The loss of Lord Henril Taril to rebel forces, and his wife Herta suffering injury before departing off-world to attend with diplomatic duties on Dromund Kaas.

The current Heir of House Taril is Drikk Taril, the sole son of Lord Henril and Lady Herta. A tall, charismatic man in his late thirties that’s said to have his mother’s wits and his father’s charms. After he swung the sword at the execution of Malek Galrey, an advisor to House Taril with rebel ties, he declared openly he would help ensure Alsolun saw a prosperous future.

A future that only could be found alongside the Empire’s Banners.

Sarah Taril has since made seldom appearances, only when needed and being of a lesser bearing than the jovial young woman who had the heart of the people.

Upon her mother's return Herta now sits sits as the Governess once more...affording stability to it after months of uncertainty.
Notable Activities: Was caught up in the midst of the Republic's attempt at disrupting the outer mining planet of Alsolun that saw their patriarch killed. After the Republic was uprooted, Herta Taril was appointed the new imperial-backed Governess after the death of the former one, now an indebted pawn to the Horuset Powerbase.

Ongoing Crisis
The Republic Marches amongst lit fires!

The Balance of Power in the Northern Territories!

After the Republic liberated Pollus from Imperial influence, Anx Minor was devastated by I.T.E.C.’s nuclear mining and lingering Sith presence, while the Kesmere Ridge remained largely intact, enabling the Republic to steadily infiltrate and influence its powerful corporate systems. On Tertiary Kesmere—the largest hub—three megacorporations dominated: Oriyn Prospecting discovered resources, Kessdyne Resource Group extracted and profited from the capital Vethar’s Reach and its Ciivic Council, and Haeltor Maritime handled off-world transport. Beneath the façade of economic growth, however, The Republic secretly aimed to turn Tertiary Kesmere into a strategic launch point for operations in the Northern Territories. Contacted by Moff Vayen Korr, the Marshalling Prefect of the Northern Territories, the Pentarchy of House Horuset took on the job of delaying the Republic's actions. With preperations laid it culminated in a strike planetside lasting only two weeks to ignite anarchy. Acting covertly to sabotage Republic progress, they destabilized the region, leaving chaos in their wake as corporations collapsed under their own deception and local anti-corporate guilds rose up—unaware of the Empire’s hidden hand behind the unrest...

((OOC: Missions that relate to grand changes in the Northern Territories will have an impact on the balance of power shown above, with the end result being that the balance of power's state will determine how strong the Republic will be in given areas area. The balance of power can be pushing in our favour with bigger scale events aimed at taking the Republic down or fortifying ourselves in the North. This can be achieved through Operations, Adventures and Guild Events. The blue represents the Republic, and the Empire is red! This is organised by the Guild Team, so please direct OOC questions to them.))
