In the Forth Edicts of Horuset acolytes were given the right to carry vibroswords, provided they were granted the permission by a Sith Apprentice, Neophyte, Household Sith or Sith Lord. This is a great honour for acolytes, and a great advantage. However the Sith Blademaster has realised that vibroswords being rewarded can be difficult to keep track off, and the Imperials that check our acolytes for contraband must also be shown a visual document of the weapons legitmacy.
And thusly there is now this archive, which shall act as a way for Sith to keep track of awarded vibroswords and the reasoning behind the rewards, as well as a way for Imperials to quickly check if an acolyte has the right to carry the weapon.
