It displayed a lush terrain with buildings which were overgrown and partly destroyed.* ''For some Orsus is a planet heard in stories about our conquest, some others used to live here and are now part of this Powerbase. And some, like me, fought the war on this planet against our ancient enemies; The Republic. We have been victorious, but at a great cost. Blocks of the main city were laid in ruïn and one is in the outskirts which has not yet been attended to. I have the permisson, means and funds to see this part of the city strive again. I have been to the planet plenty of times lately, seeing to restoration of the roads to make them accesible and have a zoo build on the plot of land. A lot of people became homeless and still manage to live in the buildings, families, groups and some lonesome souls. They have been provided food and aid by the Empire, but have no proper housing. I want to renovate the buildings, make a grand hotel, stores, a casino and attact tourism. Instead of forcing the people out with a hostile approach, I wish to offer them jobs first with a diplomatic approach. I need cooks, store clerks, guards, cleaners, maintaners of the zoo and so on. Convince them and they will get paid, have a nice house and will be temporarily on Dromund Kaas untill the renovation is completed. I do not wish bloodshed if they refuse; contact me if they do so, but make my intentions known and give them a proper chance.''

SUBJECT: After Action Report, Operation: Reshaping, Restoring, Rebuilding

INTRODUCTION:
This report concerns the collection of disposed Orsian citizens for the entertainment district.

Summary:
Sith D'oemir, Apprentice Charace and Apprentice Vlorakaar Vipion organised a public address, supported by Military Police and Sons of Orsus Guard elements, acquiring workers for the new project.

The following is regarding the incident itself

Details of Operation:

Sith D'oemir organised a group of around 50 MP and 24 Sons of Orsus Guard to set up a speaking location to address those of the surrounding area and the main habitation block for refurbishment. They set up a sniper element on the opposing rooftop and probe-droids to monitor the area from above. There Sith D'oemir gave an address while the others acted as security, convincing all of the crowd who were capable of work to enter two lines, which were then processed through, with the Apprentice involved noting down behavioural problems and other information present on individual workers. One, a veteran of the Orsus Conflicts, came to the forefront for an address with Sith D'oemir, she allowed him to speak and was persuaded to afford those unable to work who were honourable veterans in the name of the Empire a spot on Belkadan or an Orsus retirement home. Intent to honour those who fought for her and her planet. 66 Workers were brought into the fold, while 22 of the displaced were rehomed. This was all published on the official Orsian News Channels, recorded by the drones and included as an advert to attract other workers from elsewhere on Orsus.
