Public Call for Operation Team Assembly

*Flickering to life, the holo shows an image of a Twi'lek Apprentice. The alien's eyes peered at the viewer with baleful indifference, matching the cadence of his voice.*

"Few months ago there were multiple Sithspawn sightings not so far off from the Estate. Normally, it can be expected given the planet we happen to inhabit, yet something isn't right. It is my belief there's a pattern, one I intend to find. And just so it happens, I came across another lead that might help out with figuring out this debacle."

*With that, the image shifts into an view from bird's flight, pin-pointing a location few hours away from the Horuset Estate.*

"This exact spot is a cave, in which I encountered a Sithspawn. A specimen that seems to not just inhabit it, but use it as an exit for a vast cave network connected via tunnels. This is what I'm after, and the job is to protect the droids as they scan the area . Alongside it, you're to deploy a ground penetrating radar to map the underground areas."

*In that moment, Veilak's visage returns to frame, his eyes narrowing as his tone grows grim.*

"However, this won't be that easy. There's a likelyhood that the Sithspawn hasn't abandonded the locale. If anything, a fight will be inevitable and as such extreme caution should be taken. By all means do not engage it in the cave. Lure it out and slay it and if the cadaver is relatively unscathed, bring back samples for study. Though, that won't mean the end of  the mission. From my encounter, I've noted there are...Symbols...on the tunnel walls. These have to be scanned and studied as well. Considering the plausible threat level, anyone below a rank of a Sith Apprentice is discouraged from attending this mission..."

*And in this very moment, a small grin appears on his face.*

"...Unless they'd let others have the glory of the kill. That is all."

*With that the hologram would flicker and then fade from view. Leaving the viewer able to access the rest of the information provided.*

"Apprentice Veilak,

The Operation has taken a few days. Here are the details;

The First Outing:
The operation has begun by Lord Sarias, myself, Apprentice Mharn and Apprentice Ronith making landfall alongside a set of probe droids and Imperial crew of the shuttle. Lord Sarias ordered the troops to preserve the wellbeing of the Shuttle, while we proceeded onwards to the cave alongside the probe droids.

Upon arrival, Lord Sarias ordered me and Apprentice Daiju to enter through the narrow entrance alongside the probes and a set of Sithspawn in service of the Lord, while herself and Apprentice Mharn stood at the entrance in an attempt to lure the beast outside. My objective inside was to set the probes to map the caves, and depart immediately if the Sithspawn of Lord Sarias would begin to scatter, which we were told to be a pointer to depart.

Both parties were successful in their endavour, and we were put to a direct conflict with the large Sithspawn that haunted the caves soon after Apprentic eRonith and I departed the caves. We engaged the beast, while Lord Sarias pinned it down. And although it took a bit of chasing, we managed to take the beast down and take it alive.

Mapping of the Caves and the beast were dealt with within the first day.

The Second Outing:

The second outing started with me and Apprentice Lyrissa making landfall once more, to finalize the mission. our objective was to seek murals and historical evidence within the cave, as well as any other data that can be found. We hav ecome across most intersting sort of wal murals, as well as quite a few corpses.

The number of corpses were far more than countable without prolonging the mission's time needlessly, hence I marked their location to have a head count later on. They consisted of Imperial troopers, civilians, some wildlife, slaves. Estimatedly around fourty to fifty bodies were found. All, murdered with the same M.O. Claw marks, clean kill. Not damaged anything beyond a single strike. This fit the bill for the Sithspawn we have taken down a few days prior, just outside the cave.

Afterwards, we have come across a half torn and dusted probe droid. We have taken it in, Apprentice Lyrissa will be taking a look at its datastores and see if anything can be salvaged.

What we have come across next was the most peculiar part of the outing. A Mural, a large one. Depeicting Kaas City's skyline. All buildings were smoldering, and burning. A large creature was included in the mural. large wings, two heads. Rising right behind the Sanctum to stab it through the middest, using its axe tail.

I have read the Low Sith writings the mural had. It went by 'The pretender God is no more, we rejoice'. As well as; ' We purge the Machine. We hide in the dark no longer. Your wait comes to an end. Through the death of many, I pave your path to life'. I have taken mutiple pictures of the Mural and have attached them to this report.

We also located new, offshoot tunnels and smaller caves connected to the large opening we have found the Mural and the corpses in the main cave. Although, these have been mapped out by the probes during the former outing and they had nothing of importance.

Conclusion:

All objectives were succeeded and the Operation was completed. Force serves us."

Ongoing Crisis
The Republic Marches amongst lit fires!

The Balance of Power in the Northern Territories!

After the Republic liberated Pollus from Imperial influence, Anx Minor was devastated by I.T.E.C.’s nuclear mining and lingering Sith presence, while the Kesmere Ridge remained largely intact, enabling the Republic to steadily infiltrate and influence its powerful corporate systems. On Tertiary Kesmere—the largest hub—three megacorporations dominated: Oriyn Prospecting discovered resources, Kessdyne Resource Group extracted and profited from the capital Vethar’s Reach and its Ciivic Council, and Haeltor Maritime handled off-world transport. Beneath the façade of economic growth, however, The Republic secretly aimed to turn Tertiary Kesmere into a strategic launch point for operations in the Northern Territories. Contacted by Moff Vayen Korr, the Marshalling Prefect of the Northern Territories, the Pentarchy of House Horuset took on the job of delaying the Republic's actions. With preperations laid it culminated in a strike planetside lasting only two weeks to ignite anarchy. Acting covertly to sabotage Republic progress, they destabilized the region, leaving chaos in their wake as corporations collapsed under their own deception and local anti-corporate guilds rose up—unaware of the Empire’s hidden hand behind the unrest...

((OOC: Missions that relate to grand changes in the Northern Territories will have an impact on the balance of power shown above, with the end result being that the balance of power's state will determine how strong the Republic will be in given areas area. The balance of power can be pushing in our favour with bigger scale events aimed at taking the Republic down or fortifying ourselves in the North. This can be achieved through Operations, Adventures and Guild Events. The blue represents the Republic, and the Empire is red! This is organised by the Guild Team, so please direct OOC questions to them.))
