ARCHAELOGICAL SITE KR-19
Settlement tomb

This site pertains to the resting place for the leaders and notables of Eshur'za village and the surrounding village. Its halls are lined with artisans, warriors and priests alike. The tomb remains restricted and under guard, and the intact valuables and offerings left behind have been contained and secured within the Preserver vaults.

The tomb serves as a place of veneration, both to individuals and the legacy left behind for the future Sith through their careers. Several statues are dedicated to kissai, zuguruks and several warriors figures. Cenotaphs occupy the first chamber, while the rest harbour more traditional graves.

A variety of artefacts were extracted, from some ancient spears, a heavily weathered and damaged panabas sword; to tools of artisans - burins, chisels and adzes. The notables among the extracted items from this site are:

KR-19-A1: Gold signet ring, decorated with a reddish-brown cornelian intaglio that depicts a hulking, muscular tuk'ata.

KR-19-B1: A bulky and large, copper-hued two-handed Sith sword. Shaped like a spadone. A short ricasso section sprawling above the hilt, which itself is marked by two sharp spikes on the sides, likely intended to cut and maim the hands of potential disarmers.

KR-19-B2: An elaborate misericorde dagger, its hilt made out of (tuk'ata) bone, wrapped with dark leather. Its blade an elongated and thin reflective silver.

KR-19-A2: A trio of small bells, smelted from aged bronze. They have a truncated cone shape with an oval cross-section. Imagery pans its outer shell, depictions of cowled Sith conducting a ritual as they are gathered around a large basin or a pool - seemingly summoning or conjuring up a great, hulking beast. Its form partially obscured by liquid dripping down its massive monstrous form. A lower row displays a male Kissai gesturing forward with a short spear, ushering forth the beast from the previous image: its form now unveiled to illustrate a ferocious terentatek.

KR-19-B3: A steel lamellar helmet designed for an ancient Sith warrior, its conical cap has a small circular opening atop with a removable ring for larger circumference that seemingly lets hair braids be pushed through, to stand out alike a plume.

KR-19-A3: A bellowing shyrack figurine, about a dozen inches tall, carved out of stone. Its appendages clasped to the top of its rock perch. The eyeless pest has its maw wide open, sharp and jagged teeth on display - a soundless scream captured in the statuette.

Ongoing Crisis
The Republic Marches amongst lit fires!

The Balance of Power in the Northern Territories!

After the Republic liberated Pollus from Imperial influence, Anx Minor was devastated by I.T.E.C.’s nuclear mining and lingering Sith presence, while the Kesmere Ridge remained largely intact, enabling the Republic to steadily infiltrate and influence its powerful corporate systems. On Tertiary Kesmere—the largest hub—three megacorporations dominated: Oriyn Prospecting discovered resources, Kessdyne Resource Group extracted and profited from the capital Vethar’s Reach and its Ciivic Council, and Haeltor Maritime handled off-world transport. Beneath the façade of economic growth, however, The Republic secretly aimed to turn Tertiary Kesmere into a strategic launch point for operations in the Northern Territories. Contacted by Moff Vayen Korr, the Marshalling Prefect of the Northern Territories, the Pentarchy of House Horuset took on the job of delaying the Republic's actions. With preperations laid it culminated in a strike planetside lasting only two weeks to ignite anarchy. Acting covertly to sabotage Republic progress, they destabilized the region, leaving chaos in their wake as corporations collapsed under their own deception and local anti-corporate guilds rose up—unaware of the Empire’s hidden hand behind the unrest...

((OOC: Missions that relate to grand changes in the Northern Territories will have an impact on the balance of power shown above, with the end result being that the balance of power's state will determine how strong the Republic will be in given areas area. The balance of power can be pushing in our favour with bigger scale events aimed at taking the Republic down or fortifying ourselves in the North. This can be achieved through Operations, Adventures and Guild Events. The blue represents the Republic, and the Empire is red! This is organised by the Guild Team, so please direct OOC questions to them.))
