These initial notes will be documented and added to as the investigation into this scenario carries forth, for as of time of writing, there has only been one encounter. But, for the right eyes and those with the foresight to take samples, much can be deducted...and unfortunately, much only theorized until something conclusive arrives.
Out of all the sightings in my experience so far, this is perhaps the least malicious in intent...for it is theorized there is no intent behind it: That this is but an aftermath of a Nexus, origins uncertain and with a toxin that leaves almost all affected, surviving and fully recovered.
