Patient: Lord Sarias Kalkoran

Injuries:
- Unaccounted for strain on lungs
- Heavy slash marks across left side of body, from upper left leg to shoulder. 
- Two broken ribs on right side from blunt-force impact with durasteel wall.

Treatment:
- Treatment applied to cuts, synthskin placed to cover sections where flesh was torn away. 
- Ribs reset to natural position.

Rehabilitation:
- Change of bandages thrice per day, with check on flesh and skin health in and surrounding wounds every 2 days (visual inspections)
- No activity that would strain the body or heavy lifting
- Begun treatment for microtears on lung tissue
