"Apprentice Veilak,
The Operation has taken a few days. Here are the details;
The First Outing:
The operation has begun by Lord Sarias, myself, Apprentice Mharn and Apprentice Ronith making landfall alongside a set of probe droids and Imperial crew of the shuttle. Lord Sarias ordered the troops to preserve the wellbeing of the Shuttle, while we proceeded onwards to the cave alongside the probe droids.
Upon arrival, Lord Sarias ordered me and Apprentice Daiju to enter through the narrow entrance alongside the probes and a set of Sithspawn in service of the Lord, while herself and Apprentice Mharn stood at the entrance in an attempt to lure the beast outside. My objective inside was to set the probes to map the caves, and depart immediately if the Sithspawn of Lord Sarias would begin to scatter, which we were told to be a pointer to depart.
Both parties were successful in their endavour, and we were put to a direct conflict with the large Sithspawn that haunted the caves soon after Apprentic eRonith and I departed the caves. We engaged the beast, while Lord Sarias pinned it down. And although it took a bit of chasing, we managed to take the beast down and take it alive.
Mapping of the Caves and the beast were dealt with within the first day.
The Second Outing:
The second outing started with me and Apprentice Lyrissa making landfall once more, to finalize the mission. our objective was to seek murals and historical evidence within the cave, as well as any other data that can be found. We hav ecome across most intersting sort of wal murals, as well as quite a few corpses.
The number of corpses were far more than countable without prolonging the mission's time needlessly, hence I marked their location to have a head count later on. They consisted of Imperial troopers, civilians, some wildlife, slaves. Estimatedly around fourty to fifty bodies were found. All, murdered with the same M.O. Claw marks, clean kill. Not damaged anything beyond a single strike. This fit the bill for the Sithspawn we have taken down a few days prior, just outside the cave.
Afterwards, we have come across a half torn and dusted probe droid. We have taken it in, Apprentice Lyrissa will be taking a look at its datastores and see if anything can be salvaged.
What we have come across next was the most peculiar part of the outing. A Mural, a large one. Depeicting Kaas City's skyline. All buildings were smoldering, and burning. A large creature was included in the mural. large wings, two heads. Rising right behind the Sanctum to stab it through the middest, using its axe tail.
I have read the Low Sith writings the mural had. It went by 'The pretender God is no more, we rejoice'. As well as; ' We purge the Machine. We hide in the dark no longer. Your wait comes to an end. Through the death of many, I pave your path to life'. I have taken mutiple pictures of the Mural and have attached them to this report.
We also located new, offshoot tunnels and smaller caves connected to the large opening we have found the Mural and the corpses in the main cave. Although, these have been mapped out by the probes during the former outing and they had nothing of importance.
Conclusion:
All objectives were succeeded and the Operation was completed. Force serves us."
