Overview

The Office of Military Applications of the Horuset Sphere of Advancement is the central body responsible for designing, evaluating and optimizing military technology for the Empire, currently operating under the authority of Apprentice Agran. Its purpose is to ensure that every weapon, vehicle, droid system and battlefield tool and technique meets the standards expected by the Sphere of War and supports the Empire’s long-term strategic needs.

The office coordinates across engineering teams, research divisions, field units and Imperial command structures to:

• Oversee development of new military prototypes
  
• Modernize outdated equipment for current conflicts
  
• Run efficiency, durability and combat-readiness tests
  
• Pursue improvements with the Sphere of War
  
• Identify strategic gaps where new technologies are required
  
• Maintain communication with Military Personnel for invaluable feedback
  

Formerly based on Bnar V and currently in the process of relocation, the office’s scope ultimately seeks to provide military betterment for the Horuset Powerbase and the Empire as a whole. For this reason, every member, ranging from engineers to researchers and support staff, contributes to a single mandate:

Ensure the Empire fights with superior tools, superior efficiency and superior foresight.

Structured into three primary divisions, each led by a specialist entrusted with maintaining precision, innovation and operational integrity expected by the Empire, the Dark Lords of Horuset and the Lord of Advancement, which then report directly to the Head of Military Applications and form the backbone of the department’s operations as well as the second layer of the Office's pyramidal organizational chart.

Engineering Division

The Engineering Division is responsible for the design, construction and refinement of all military hardware. This division ensures that weapons, vehicles and droid systems are structurally sound, efficient and capable of enduring battlefield conditions, maintaining strict adherence to Imperial standards.

The current head of this division is Chief Engineer Varin Kallus, an Imperial who has served decades in battlefield engineering. He specializes in armored chassis, droid architecture and advanced weaponry and is also known for enforcing strict discipline and uncompromising precision across all his projects.

Scientific Division

The Scientific Division is focused on research, innovation and predictive warfare development. This division transforms scientific theory into practical battlefield applications, ensuring technological superiority and informed strategic planning.

The current head of this division is Dr. Seryn Vesh, a Chiss specialist in predictive combat algorithms, neuro-targeting and experimental battlefield sciences. Formerly aligned with the Chiss Expansionary Defense Force, she now applies analytical rigor and long-term strategic forecasting to advance Imperial technological and operational capabilities.

Executive & Administrative Division

The Executive & Administrative Division oversees internal coordination, logistics, secure communication and internal affairs within the overall Office. This division ensures operational continuity, maintains structure and discipline and serves as the interface with the Sphere of War to gather feedback, requirements and communicate eventual needs.

The current head of this division is Senior Administrative Officer Lira Damas, an Imperial trained in Internal Security. She manages communications, documentation, logistical coordination and internal oversight, ensuring the Office functions efficiently while filtering information and eliminating inefficiency.
