Operation Nightwell
Overview
Operation Nightwell is the establishment of a Resurgence-controlled water infrastructure network on Alsolun, centered on purification, distribution, and long-term administrative control.
The initiative is not limited to provision. It is designed to structure access, regulate flow, and ensure dependency across both military and civilian sectors.
Resurgence operates as the sole executing authority.
Primary Sites
Plant Keshan
A garrison-oriented purification plant supplying military installations and nearby settlements.
Primary function is stability and sustained operational output.
Plant Vehlor
A civilian-facing facility positioned near a central township.
Serves as both a production site and a visible demonstration of Resurgence capability.
Arthis Distribution Hub
Central node for storage, routing, and export of surplus.
All large-scale distribution is coordinated through this location.
Operational Framework
- Municipal water quotas will be initially subsidized to establish compliance and goodwill
- Contracts with local forces will provide baseline revenue and demand stability
- Local labor and short-term contracts will be used to integrate merchants and guilds into the system
- Distribution routes and access points will be centralized and monitored
- All outward-facing efforts will reinforce the narrative of restoration and stability
OOC
Operation Nightwell is a Resurgence led, doctrinal overseen operation focused on establishing controlled water infrastructure on Alsolun.
The operation will primarily be driven by members of Resurgence and Doctrine, alongside Xulia.
- Resurgence is responsible for all physical aspects of the initiative. Infrastructure, logistics, and public rollout
- Doctrine seeks to use this initiative to twist the population towards a pro imperial view through various means.
Participants outside of these groups are welcome to contribute in ways they believe to be useful, provided their efforts support the operation’s overall direction and objectives.
The operation remains initiative-driven, encouraging proactive involvement and independent problem-solving.
Objective
Operation Nightwell is not considered complete when infrastructure is established.
It is complete when:
- Access to water is fully regulated
- Distribution is dependent on Resurgence systems
