Name: Kyrvati ("Worm")

Injury:
- Slash wound from vibrosword into left side, under the ribs, moderately deep
- Slash wound across chest from vibrosword, moderately deep
- Severed right arm at mid-bicep, clean cut by vibrosword
- Severe bloodloss from above listed injuries
- Light concussion discovered and previously untreated

Treatment:
- Wounds disinfected and treated with gauze and kolto to stop bleeding and accelerate healing factor
- Arm treated, stump cleaned, and severed limb undergoing reattachment procedures at the clean seam
- Rest recommended for a couple of days pending observation of the limb, pending results of attachment procedure
- Observe for necrosis and rejection
- Hourly check-in for the next 12 hours, then check-in once a day for the next five days, pending reevaluation
