Outline and Purpose
Mundane of nature compared to much, its none the less a resource I kept about for the sake of this project. A simple seed gifted by a now absent Lord, grown in quiet with just enough specimens kept to ensure the next growth cycle. Not a crop of miracles but one with potential, the properties will be expanded on along with a focus on greater yield. Even if the leaves are thickened by just 15%, it will increase harvest yields and overall profit significantly
Addition: With further specimens of use discovered, they have been incorporated into this project. As time passes, further may yet be added.
Main components
A small but just diverse enough colony of 'Star salad grown from a handful of provided seeds obtained via a brief communication with a Lord of the Sith who's house centered in agricultural and outpost development.

Current stage: Deeper study of growpattern gathered over the last three generations of current colony - outlining of desired traits to strengthen and possible means of increasing actual yield from plant without increasing demand of resources. Incorporated into the rations.

Current stage:Currently being grown via hydroponics farming. Roots utilized as hydration capsules in medical kit, will be incoperated to accompany as part of rations once the shell has been thickened and yield within each has been increased. Make a synthetic material container for the sap as an alternative option.

Spoiler: Kerflock Fructus

Current stage: Currently being grown in soil, with fruits plucked at optimal times to yield the seeds from them. A portion of seeds are set aside for storage for further plantation and eventual study to breed the tree to be more resist against particular environments - two breeds are in planning, one for arid and one for colder areas. This will help in keeping eventual outposts or long-term settlements during warfare fed due to calories from the seeds. As for now, seeds of the main plant has been worked into the medical kit, rations and being used for fooder on Gizka subjects.
