The Acolyte Competition

#1
Apprentice Annabelle has started an Acolyte Competition. There will be a few rounds in this competition to test acolytes in all fields, from writing decent reports to training their fighting and Force abilities. Each round will have a certain goal, method and dead line. The rounds will also be evaluated and scored each time, and whichever acolyte has the highest score will win the competition and the final prize. Rules are to not cheat through the rounds, and the acolytes are not allowed to murder each other. If an acolyte has three rounds with zero scores, they are out of the competition and will be marked as a failure. Don't disappoint, acolytes.

(OOC: Please post all reports here in this thread and state your acolyte name at the top of your report and that your acolyte has sent it to Apprentice Annabelle. Also with this competition, you don't have to do every round because as well all know, real life comes first. The competition is sort of like the acolyte trial, so you will scored for all to see, the more you show up the better your chances are, but you don't have to attend every round if you cannot, though I can only encourage you all to attend, and I will announce on the day on Discord or send out PMs to those I have given the tasks too. If you weren't online when a round has been announced, don't worry you won't be punished OOC nor IC, though IC you will be questioned as to why your acolyte was not present. If you have any questions, send me a message on Discord! If there are any issues of not making the deadline, message me as well. If you finish the report before the deadline, say that you finish it tomorrow, go ahead and send it through! Just let me know on Discord that you did so that I can check it. The day of the deadline two things will happen: the hand in of the report and the hand out of the details of Round 2, so if you weren't there for Round 1 and you want to take part, then join in for Round 2! Good luck to you all!)

Ongoing Crisis
The Republic Marches amongst lit fires!

The Balance of Power in the Northern Territories!

After the Republic liberated Pollus from Imperial influence, Anx Minor was devastated by I.T.E.C.’s nuclear mining and lingering Sith presence, while the Kesmere Ridge remained largely intact, enabling the Republic to steadily infiltrate and influence its powerful corporate systems. On Tertiary Kesmere—the largest hub—three megacorporations dominated: Oriyn Prospecting discovered resources, Kessdyne Resource Group extracted and profited from the capital Vethar’s Reach and its Ciivic Council, and Haeltor Maritime handled off-world transport. Beneath the façade of economic growth, however, The Republic secretly aimed to turn Tertiary Kesmere into a strategic launch point for operations in the Northern Territories. Contacted by Moff Vayen Korr, the Marshalling Prefect of the Northern Territories, the Pentarchy of House Horuset took on the job of delaying the Republic's actions. With preperations laid it culminated in a strike planetside lasting only two weeks to ignite anarchy. Acting covertly to sabotage Republic progress, they destabilized the region, leaving chaos in their wake as corporations collapsed under their own deception and local anti-corporate guilds rose up—unaware of the Empire’s hidden hand behind the unrest...

((OOC: Missions that relate to grand changes in the Northern Territories will have an impact on the balance of power shown above, with the end result being that the balance of power's state will determine how strong the Republic will be in given areas area. The balance of power can be pushing in our favour with bigger scale events aimed at taking the Republic down or fortifying ourselves in the North. This can be achieved through Operations, Adventures and Guild Events. The blue represents the Republic, and the Empire is red! This is organised by the Guild Team, so please direct OOC questions to them.))
