Patient: Sith Kaer.

Injuries:

• Two Broken Ribs.
  
• Left Arm is Fractured.
  
• Several bruises and cuts scattered around body.
  
• A deep slash on left leg. Another deep slash on chest, and another deep slash on her back.
  
• Both hands burned.
  
• Three deep claw marks on right side of face, moving over her right eye and ending at her lips.
  
• Great loss of blood.
  

Treatment:

• Synthflesh Gel for deep wounds.
  
• Painkillers for the pain.
  
• Dermal Re-generator for bruises.
  
• Kolto Shot.
  
• Blood Transfusion.
  
• Bonecutter to aid with fractured and broken bones.
  

Rehabilitation:

• Had to remain in the Medical Bay for a week.
  
• Daily replacements of bandages on face, leg, chest and back.
  
• Left arm to be in sling for a week, and then in a cast for another week.
  
• Patient was advised to take things easy for two weeks after release from Medical Bay.
  

Notes:

• Slashes on leg, chest, back and face will be permanent scars.
