Jedi Shadow Cell - “Open Arms”

#1
[Image: Image1.png]

Suspected to be a highly skilled group of Jedi that function in deep-cover, they were first discovered on Tertiary Kesmere during House Horuset's 2-week deployment as part of Operation Stormline, that sought to delay the Republic's efforts in reinforcing the planet ahead of suspected invasion plans. Either due to missteps from the powerbase or the Cell's own efficiency, they were already aware of the deployment team by the time they made contact - leading the jedi to have a few steps ahead of the Sith for the duration of the 2 weeks.

The powerbase has managed to uncover that they work with S.I.S, use heavy encryption and can operate alone efficiently. A member of the cell was even uncovered, however they were slain before information could be extracted - leaving the Cell likely even more cautious around Horuset movements. Those that deployed during operation Stormline, may remember that blinding light that soared overhead during their escape of the planet...indicating the Shadow Cell contains deadly threats in their ranks.

The Hot Bombshell
NPC Image:
A human woman in her mid-twenties, with blonde hair, shapely figure and rosy cheeks. (Appearance may vary, but a head of blonde hair is consistent)
Relation to House Horuset: Hostile
Brief Desription: A reportedly stunning human woman who was encountered first on Kesmere Minor at the 'Halfway Point' by two acolytes of the Horuset Powerbase. It was only on the second encounter within Khelmar's Rise, that her attachment to the S.I.S and shadowcell was confirmed.
Notable Activities: Was present on Tertiary Kesmere in Khelmar's Rise during the Stormline operation - managed to escape Horuset forces in the city, but accidentally lead them to a hidden S.I.S base.
Last Known Appearance: Escaping Khelmar's Rise on Tertiary Kesmere

Unknown
Relation to House Horuset: Hostile
Brief Desription: A mirialan woman is suspected to be amongst their numbers, after one fitting a base description purchased a lightsaber component from Khelmar's Rise markets, which was a trap to lure out Jedi presences. A mirialan woman was seen on a broadcast near Doctor Swanns a few days after, before promptly disappearing from public view - though it may not be connected.
Notable Activities: Present on Tertiary Kesmere during Operation Stormline.
Last Known Appearance: Tertiary Kesmere

Ongoing Crisis
The Republic Marches amongst lit fires!

The Balance of Power in the Northern Territories!

After the Republic liberated Pollus from Imperial influence, Anx Minor was devastated by I.T.E.C.’s nuclear mining and lingering Sith presence, while the Kesmere Ridge remained largely intact, enabling the Republic to steadily infiltrate and influence its powerful corporate systems. On Tertiary Kesmere—the largest hub—three megacorporations dominated: Oriyn Prospecting discovered resources, Kessdyne Resource Group extracted and profited from the capital Vethar’s Reach and its Ciivic Council, and Haeltor Maritime handled off-world transport. Beneath the façade of economic growth, however, The Republic secretly aimed to turn Tertiary Kesmere into a strategic launch point for operations in the Northern Territories. Contacted by Moff Vayen Korr, the Marshalling Prefect of the Northern Territories, the Pentarchy of House Horuset took on the job of delaying the Republic's actions. With preperations laid it culminated in a strike planetside lasting only two weeks to ignite anarchy. Acting covertly to sabotage Republic progress, they destabilized the region, leaving chaos in their wake as corporations collapsed under their own deception and local anti-corporate guilds rose up—unaware of the Empire’s hidden hand behind the unrest...

((OOC: Missions that relate to grand changes in the Northern Territories will have an impact on the balance of power shown above, with the end result being that the balance of power's state will determine how strong the Republic will be in given areas area. The balance of power can be pushing in our favour with bigger scale events aimed at taking the Republic down or fortifying ourselves in the North. This can be achieved through Operations, Adventures and Guild Events. The blue represents the Republic, and the Empire is red! This is organised by the Guild Team, so please direct OOC questions to them.))
