Tutsimia Station
Serving as the nerve centre of House Horuset's defensive network, Tutsimia Station is the primary command and coordination hub for military operations throughout the Horuset sphere of influence. Positioned in permanent geosynchronous orbit above Central Orsus Command, the station ensures the Empire's principal command complex remains under constant orbital protection while providing immediate strategic oversight of regional fleets and planetary defences.
Beyond its command role, Tutsimia functions as the premier training and garrison installation for House Horuset's elite Imperial Marines. Purpose-built for boarding warfare and close-quarters combat, its extensive combat decks, breaching facilities, and barracks prepare marines for the brutal realities of ship-to-ship engagements, ensuring a permanent force of highly trained boarding specialists stands ready to answer the call of War.

| Class Name: | Tutsimia Class Battle-Station |
|---|---|
| Class Type: | Orbital Battlestation |
| Sector 1: Command & Control Centre: | The Command and Control Centre is the location which most major systems are operated from and also where the coordination between Tutsimia Station and the smaller defensive Stations located in the defensive network. Sector 1 also contains the Fire Control centre for the various weapon systems that will be located throughout the station as well as the communication control centre throughout the network and linked directly to the Central Orsus Command Comms system. This section also houses the Private Quarters of the Station Master, the Master at Arms and the appointed Castellan of the station. Note: the Station Master is the Imperial Commander who runs the day to day of the station, the Master at Arms is the commander of Breacher Marines aboard the defence network and the Castellan of the station is the Sith assigned to oversee station operations at the discretion of the Lord of War. Lastly this sector acts as a secondary communications hub for Orsus’ planetary communications network, reducing the likelihood of communications blackout or interference during invasion or harsh weather scenarios and faster communication to Northern Command at Sernpidal. |
| Sector 2: Breacher Training and Garrison Barracks | Sector 2 acts as the centre of the Breacher Marines who will be trained, housed and serve about Tutsimia Station, they will be specially trained in boarding actions of hostile ships, defensive tactics in enclosed spaces for internal station defence and Zero-G combat in the event of power outages during battle. This section contains 4 main facilities split amongst the sector, facility 1 is the training centre for Breacher Marines, where they will be trained and keep their skills sharp. Facility 2 is the barracks, where the marines who are in active duty aboard the defence network will be housed and fed, top of the line Imperial equipment ensures these soldiers will be treated admirably during their tenure aboard Tutsimia. Facility 3 is the armoury, where the weapons, shields and armour of the Breacher Marines are stored and locked down, access to this restricted section must be approved by the Station Master, Quartermaster, Master at Arms or the appointed Castellan of the station. Facility 4 acts as the primary Security Zone, where movement between the entire station is controlled as well as the management of security measures are controlled from, separate from the C&C Centre. |

This ring has been designed to hold increased armoured points and fewer berthing Ports for warships to reduce points of access for intruders. Also contains a tram system into the Defensive Ring for the quick transport of Cargo and Equipment |
| Cargo Capacity: | 10,000 metric tons |
| Max Crew Complement: | 100 C&C Staff, 480 Gunners, 180 Sanitation, 200 Pilots, 600 Breacher Marines, 120 Specialised Staff and 1200 Engineers |
| Sector 3: Engineering & Ancillary | Sector 3 contains both the Engineering and Ancillary systems needed for the station, most importantly is power distribution, and the power regulations for the weapons of the Defensive Ring. This Sector also houses the crew deck for all personnel who work aboard this station excluding the Breacher Marines who are housed in their own Sector. |
| Sector 4: Reactor & Shields: | Tutsimia Station contains 6 standard shield generator to create a firm and hardy protective layer around the station, expected to weather great sieges the station needs to be equipped with some of the strongest shield strengths seen in the Empire. Also Housed in Sector 4 are 2 dual core fusion reactors and a 3rd single core backup reactor, these are to ensure the heavy power demands from the Defensive Structure are met and to keep Orsus as Ironclad in high orbit as it is on the ground. |
| Power Distribution Options: | Shields can be set to ‘Lockdown procedure’ powering down all weapons but the laser cannons but doubling shield strength and regeneration. |
| Fighter Capacity: | -96 Interceptors/Fighters forming 12 Squadrons to defend the station network |
| Bomber Capacity: | -24 Bombers forming 3 Squadrons to defend the station network |
| Shuttle and Support Craft Capacity: | -18 Shuttle craft for transportation of crew and cargo |
| Internal Systems & Modifications: |
Life Support system Gravity Control for the station |
| Other Notes: | An Interdiction component is present in the form of a permanently assigned ship. Incoming Republic Fleets experience forced deceleration at the system's edge rather than the Orbital ring of Orsus itself, forcing them to either flee or approach Orsus at sub-light speeds, giving the Defensive Perimeter ample time to prepare a defence. |
