"Inefficiency is a plague. Optimization is its cure."
- Apprentice Agran, Head of Auxiliary Systems

Overview

The Division of Auxiliary Systems of the Horuset Sphere of Advancement is the central body responsible for developing, optimizing and implementing technologies that sustain the Empire beyond the battlefield, currently operating under the authority of Apprentice Agran. Its purpose is to ensure that the infrastructure, industrial systems, supporting technologies and operational frameworks of the Horuset Powerbase remain efficient, adaptable and capable of supporting continued Imperial expansion. Through steady connections with the Sphere of Resurgence, Auxiliary Systems seeks to provide the technological foundation required for the Empire's continued expansion, optimization and long-term stability.

The division coordinates across engineering teams, administrative personnel, technological specialists and Imperial command structures to:
  • Develop technologies supporting Imperial operations and expansion
  • Improve efficiency through technological refinement and system optimization
  • Advance industrial, infrastructural and automated solutions
  • Create adaptive technologies for developing Imperial territories
  • Provide technological support to the Sphere of Resurgence and other Imperial divisions
  • Maintain the technological continuity and advancement of the Horuset Powerbase
Currently located on Sernpidal by the Horuset Proving Grounds, the division’s scope ultimately seeks to provide technological advancement and operational improvement for the Horuset Powerbase and the Empire as a whole. For this reason, every member, ranging from engineers to researchers and administrative personnel, contributes to a single mandate:

Ensure the Empire thrives through superior systems, greater efficiency and constant innovation.

Structured into three primary offices, each led by a specialist entrusted with maintaining innovation, efficiency and operational integrity expected by the Empire, the Dark Lords of Horuset and the Lord of Advancement, which then report directly to the Head of Auxiliary Systems and form the backbone of the department’s operations as well as the second layer of the Division's pyramidal organizational chart.

Systems Engineering Office

The Systems Engineering Office is responsible for the design, implementation and optimization of the technological frameworks that support Imperial operations. This office ensures that industrial systems, automated processes, infrastructure and supporting technologies are integrated efficiently, maintaining reliability and improving the overall effectiveness of Imperial assets.

The current head of this office is Director Kaelen Voss, an Imperial systems engineer specializing in industrial optimization, automation and technological integration. He focuses on refining existing capabilities and developing practical solutions that improve efficiency, reduce waste and maximize the potential of Imperial infrastructure.

Adaptive Technologies Office

The Adaptive Technologies Office is focused on research, innovation and the development of emerging technological solutions beyond current Imperial capabilities. This office transforms scientific concepts into practical applications, exploring new methodologies and adapting technologies to address future operational requirements.

The current head of this office is Chief Nerys Tal, an Imperial researcher specializing in adaptive systems, experimental technologies and long-term technological development. She applies analytical research and innovative approaches to expand the capabilities of the Horuset Powerbase and ensure its ability to adapt to future challenges.

Executive Coordination Office

The Executive Coordination Office oversees internal coordination, logistics, documentation, secure communication and internal affairs within the overall Division. This office ensures operational continuity, maintains structure and discipline and serves as the interface between Auxiliary Systems, the Sphere of Advancement and the Powerbase itself.

The current head of this office is Senior Administrative Officer Lira Damas, an Imperial trained in Internal Security. Having accompanied Apprentice Agran during his tenure within Military Applications, she continues to oversee communications, documentation, logistical coordination and internal oversight, ensuring the Division operates efficiently while maintaining organizational precision.

Ongoing Crisis
The Republic Marches amongst lit fires!

The Balance of Power in the Northern Territories!

After the Republic liberated Pollus from Imperial influence, Anx Minor was devastated by I.T.E.C.’s nuclear mining and lingering Sith presence, while the Kesmere Ridge remained largely intact, enabling the Republic to steadily infiltrate and influence its powerful corporate systems. On Tertiary Kesmere—the largest hub—three megacorporations dominated: Oriyn Prospecting discovered resources, Kessdyne Resource Group extracted and profited from the capital Vethar’s Reach and its Ciivic Council, and Haeltor Maritime handled off-world transport. Beneath the façade of economic growth, however, The Republic secretly aimed to turn Tertiary Kesmere into a strategic launch point for operations in the Northern Territories. Contacted by Moff Vayen Korr, the Marshalling Prefect of the Northern Territories, the Pentarchy of House Horuset took on the job of delaying the Republic's actions. With preperations laid it culminated in a strike planetside lasting only two weeks to ignite anarchy. Acting covertly to sabotage Republic progress, they destabilized the region, leaving chaos in their wake as corporations collapsed under their own deception and local anti-corporate guilds rose up—unaware of the Empire’s hidden hand behind the unrest...

((OOC: Missions that relate to grand changes in the Northern Territories will have an impact on the balance of power shown above, with the end result being that the balance of power's state will determine how strong the Republic will be in given areas area. The balance of power can be pushing in our favour with bigger scale events aimed at taking the Republic down or fortifying ourselves in the North. This can be achieved through Operations, Adventures and Guild Events. The blue represents the Republic, and the Empire is red! This is organised by the Guild Team, so please direct OOC questions to them.))
