The hologram flickers to life briefly, showing the armored figure of a large Pureblood woman, looking up from her datapad. Introducing herself as a representative of the Harbinger department, she moves on in short order.

"After having reviewed the previous work of Sith Tarimra, it was decided that the Clarity Ledger would be consolidated to important details at a glance, rather than extensive write-ups. With how often other Powerbases keep rising, falling, rising again, splitting, and then merging, it's prudent to have smaller, more consistent updates, and a steady influx of information. If there are contributions to be made, they may come through the appropriate department - Force Serve you all."

And as soon as it had started, the brief recording was done. Following, the file goes into an alphabetical listing of different organizations and powerbases.

In the wake of some falls, the group seems to have come together with several Lords and Darths referenced, with their separate goals. So far as I am aware, one Lord Nelithral is described as the "Leader", but he states he's merely oversight. Nonetheless, he was quite polite and forthcoming, if a bit busy. Apprentice Sky had knowledge of different organizations as well, and was curious of a few of our own dealings, so is a halfway decent point of contact. I wouldn't consider her fully accurate or reliable, but she is present, at least, and knows a lot of people.

Immediately I can see an issue of herding vinecats here when there are so many active Lords, but I'll update as I go along.

Part of the Sphere of Expansion and Diplomacy, this group is led by Darth Vossen. Eclipse is an older name that I've heard of for a long time, and Lord Krax, the Darth's Apprentice, serves as the major point of contact for the moment. From what I've been told, they may be a part of a Starfighter project involving training better pilots for the Empire, or producing.

I would say their strength is numbers, and their weakness... is numbers. There's a phrase about separating wheat from the chaff applicable here. They've absorbed multiple split Houses over the years, and also had some split off in turn. They're big enough that it seems some of them do their own diplomacy and dealings.
