Public Call for Acolyte Assembly

Attached to the file would be a prerecorded holomessage that when selected would play. Trakaton's form would blaze to life in the classic display of a holographic transmission, the electric blue tinge accenting some features while diminishing others. Trakaton would be stood with his arms folded across his armoured chest, the cloak hanging loosely from his shoulders and the custom-fit plates of the armour looking as comfortable as an embrace. The scar on the right side of his face would be barely visible, his head ever so slightly turned to the right and he'd speak with a tone of authority:

"With the war against the Republic well and truly back under way, it is imperative that all within the Horuset Powerbase hone themselves in combat to their each individual pinnacles. As new aspects are explored of combat, it becomes less and less worthwhile to practise techniques, combinations and styles of combat alone or against remotes. As such, I require three Acolytes who will become the trio of Acolytes that I experiment on when it comes to combat. Such techniques that will be practised on the Acolytes will leave each of you battered, bruised and woefully unable to stand after the experiment regardless of the outcome, but such an opportunity presents itself to those who can remember the combinations that saw them squashed under foot. Provided those who volunteer themselves for the slaughter are smart, there will be no permanent damage."

*With that the hologram would flicker and then fade from view. Leaving the viewer able to access the rest of the information provided.*

Location: The Kalkoran Gardens, the Kalkoran Estate.

Experimental Combat: Practising and learning the foundations of Lightsaber combat and abilities with the force is imperative to begin to be able to repel your foes and overwhelm your enemies. Yet, as high tiers of competency with chosen styles of combat are reached experimentation must be conducted to see what works in live combat scenarios and what does not. For what works against droids and remotes may not hold the same edge against those who have the ability to think for themselves outside of pre-designed programming.

Objectives: In this task there will be two primary objectives and one secondary objectives.

Primary Objective I: Assemble three Acolytes together who all have agreed to this task and are aware they will likely be pummelled into the ground by Lord Kalkoran.

Primary Objective II: Be pummelled into the ground by Lord Kalkoran.

Secondary Objective I: Survive.

Time Frame: The Acolytes will have 21 days to assemble before Lord Kalkoran finds another way to test his experimental ideas with combat.
((The 9th of October will be the deadline!))

Acolyte Group Size: Lord Kalkoran demands three Acolytes complete this task.

Ongoing Crisis
The Republic Marches amongst lit fires!

The Balance of Power in the Northern Territories!

After the Republic liberated Pollus from Imperial influence, Anx Minor was devastated by I.T.E.C.’s nuclear mining and lingering Sith presence, while the Kesmere Ridge remained largely intact, enabling the Republic to steadily infiltrate and influence its powerful corporate systems. On Tertiary Kesmere—the largest hub—three megacorporations dominated: Oriyn Prospecting discovered resources, Kessdyne Resource Group extracted and profited from the capital Vethar’s Reach and its Ciivic Council, and Haeltor Maritime handled off-world transport. Beneath the façade of economic growth, however, The Republic secretly aimed to turn Tertiary Kesmere into a strategic launch point for operations in the Northern Territories. Contacted by Moff Vayen Korr, the Marshalling Prefect of the Northern Territories, the Pentarchy of House Horuset took on the job of delaying the Republic's actions. With preperations laid it culminated in a strike planetside lasting only two weeks to ignite anarchy. Acting covertly to sabotage Republic progress, they destabilized the region, leaving chaos in their wake as corporations collapsed under their own deception and local anti-corporate guilds rose up—unaware of the Empire’s hidden hand behind the unrest...

((OOC: Missions that relate to grand changes in the Northern Territories will have an impact on the balance of power shown above, with the end result being that the balance of power's state will determine how strong the Republic will be in given areas area. The balance of power can be pushing in our favour with bigger scale events aimed at taking the Republic down or fortifying ourselves in the North. This can be achieved through Operations, Adventures and Guild Events. The blue represents the Republic, and the Empire is red! This is organised by the Guild Team, so please direct OOC questions to them.))
