“During our deployment on Tertiary Kesmere as part of Operation Stormline, the Horuset Powerbase encountered several organisations. One of these, the Jedi Shadow Cell code-named ‘Open Arms’, has proven a consistent thorn in our side through its involvement in the Ironbackers Charity Foundation, serving as a light for the planet’s recovery, led by a certain Doctor Maria Swanns. Recently, the ICF under Dr Swanns earned Republic backing to construct a hospital in a heavily fortified area on Anx Minor. This cannot be allowed to stand, yet we lack the intelligence required to execute a strike: this, you will rectify.

"In the lower industrial layers of Nar Shaddaa, Intelligence confirms the existence of a small-scale illicit drug synthesis lab among many similar operations present on-world. The facility is improvised, poorly maintained and structurally inconsistent. It is currently under the control of a minor local criminal gang known as the Toxies, who maintain authority through force and reckless, unstable conduct. Due to this erratic behavior, they are currently engaged in conflicts with other low-level gangs and groups of lesser renown, leaving some of their assets vulnerable.

Most personnel within the facility operate under coercion, bound through debt obligations or similar enforced arrangements. Among them exists a limited number of individuals with legitimate chemical processing expertise, essential to the production and maintenance of the laboratory output. These individuals are the primary focus of this operation.

Deal with the present security presence and correlated workers however you see fit. Extract the chemists from Toxies control and utilize this opportunity as leverage for voluntary realignment under Imperial authority. Proper compensation and a more stable, respectable working environment await them under their new employer.

Two weeks ago an Imperial ship not of our House was spotted leaving the planet with a cargo of slaves, prisoners and material goods, this cannot be allowed to stand and we must remind the Rocande people who really has their best interests at heart with the rod if need be. The ship landed at a private landing pad belonging to an up and coming trading house called the Merrin Trading Collective, get me the name of that ship and make an example of those who seek to bypass our… hand of friendship."
